Hi

I purchased the Autoview Presentation Converter, but the convertion don't work (in the converted presentations i can't see videos and slides).
I think that I need help installing lame and ffmpeg... please help me!

A few questions for you before I can help you:

1) What OS are you using? If you are using windows, then FFMPEG is included with the download, so it only needs to be installed separately if you are using an OS other than windows.

2) What formats were you trying to convert the video into?

3) Which output option did you choose?

4) If there is any output on the messages window from the converter, can you please post it here.
