Google analytics

Hi there!

I have included Google analytics code in the footer of my theme. Unfortunately after a half of a year that I have noticed, that Autoview Presenter does not use the standard theme, and no Analytics code on these pages. I would like to ask, where to put the Analytics code, if I want to get data about my presentation's usage.

Second: if I use Moodle's own statistics it says: program code's missing form Autoview to fulfill this request.

Can you help me?

Thanks a lot, Arnold

The underlying AutoView system is written to be independent of the system hosting it, this enables it to be used outside of Moodle, so relevant Moodle theme settings are imported into AutoView using a bit of javascript, rather than using the theme files directly.

The place to add code so that it is included in the main autoview window is the templates/autoview.xsl file. This is an XSL template, but you can add normal HTML to it, you should find the normal html head and body tags in there.

As for the Moodle statistics, which function are you using to get this message ? The chances are that unless you have found a bug, this a function we don't need right now, so until we either need it ourselves, a third party writes the code and donates it, or we have a customer who needs it it's unlikely to be added.
