1) This is to enable you to integrate a webservice for converting ppt/odp presentations into suitable flash (etc) files for use in AutoView. We will be offering our own commercial webservice. This is not essential, since you can create suitable slides with OpenOffice locally on your own computer. Leave them blank for now.
2) Ooops, that was a mistake, the GPL Module should be distributed without the live capture applet which is a separate non-GPL plugin for AutoView and is not part of the GPL'd Moodle module. I've updated the download so that this is no longer present. Right now this is an un-released extra that i'm working on. I may well be after some beta testers at some point though.
