This release comes with the following improvements and bugfixes:
- Progressively downloaded MP3s are now played using Flowplayer 1.x by default.
- Support for MP3 streaming via Lecture Capture Live using Flash.
- "Built in" video type (for HTML 5) now recognises MP3 and Ogg Vorbis Audio.
- "Built in" (HTML 5) videos now have a default background place holder image.
- Removed some redundant files.
- Some preliminary work to allow non-Moodle file storage areas is included.

- Quicktime reference files now generated correctly from rtsp urls.
